After that, you are ready for the Blood Moon Ritual, which is a whole thing on its own. Go up to the Mansion attic and toss a Psych Grenade at the gramophone; that wakes up the mirror and shows weird symbols. Then you need a blood vial from the lab, a bone from under the Pond docks, and a rock hidden near a hard hat at the Coal Depot. Drag all three items out to the Barn, start the ritual, and a sword appears with a glowing circle.
